Migis Lodge

Someone on Google described Migis Lodge as “the parent trap, just for adults,” and we think that’s absolutely accurate. We will be staying here the night of the wedding, Sunday, October 26, 2025. Located just under an hour from Portland, Migis is a quiet lakeside oasis with wood cabins, tall pines, and campfires. Cabins sleep between 2-8 people and come equipped with electricity, queen beds, and multiple bathrooms (trust us, they’re nice).

We’ll be assigning cabin numbers to everyone, but please use the link below to reserve a spot. Payment is by cash or check upon arrival. Staying elsewhere is of course an option, but there will not be shuttle buses back to Portland that night, and Ubers are scarce in the area.

Places to stay in Portland

We’ll be staying at Migis Lodge the night of the wedding (Sunday, October 26). Guests arriving to Portland on Friday or Saturday should book accommodations for those evenings. We do not have room blocks anywhere, but below are a few great options to consider. This is by no means an exhaustive list—there are tons of other great spots!

Airbnb

Airbnb is ruining Portland and the world. Alas, it’s a great option for group travel. There are plenty of affordable places that sleep 2-12 people. We recommend booking something on the peninsula, though Ubers are very affordable and easy to get if you stay a bit farther away.

Holiday Inn by the Bay

Whatchu doin? Nothing, chilling at an affordable, no frills hotel. The Holiday Inn is only a few short minutes by foot to downtown Portland and has tremendous views of the harbor!

Portland Harbor View Hotel

If you’ve been saving your whole lives for our wedding, then this is the place for you. Located downtown, this is the least expensive of the fancy hotels.
